  • 1 can(s)
    refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/8 c
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1 1/4 Tbsp
    margarine, melted

How to Make Monkey Bread


  1. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
  4. Put biscuit pieces into pan.
  5. Mix remaining cinnamon/sugar with melted butter and pour over dough pieces.
  6. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove pan from oven and invert bread onto a plate. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
