refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
3Cut each biscuit into quarters and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture.
4Put biscuit pieces into pan.
5Mix remaining cinnamon/sugar with melted butter and pour over dough pieces.
6Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
7Remove pan from oven and invert bread onto a plate. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
