These biscuits are spoon drop not roll and cut. My kids call them crunchy biscuit.

These biscuits are really quick and easy. A great biscuit to whip-up when you have company for breakfast (they will love waking up to the smell of these!). I can understand why Anna's child like these ... I like the crunchy too.

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    shortening
  • 1 c
    milk

How To Make mom's biscuits

  • 1
    Add flour to large bowl, add in salt and baking power, add shortening with fork mix crumble up shortening in flour. Add milk or buttermilk mix well until it feels like elastic to fingers.

    In a cake pan spoon dough in bake in per heated oven 400 degrees for 20 min.or golden brown. Serve warm.
