I am making one of my sons favorite meals, Cabbage, Onions and Kielbasa. I was thinking of corn bread and I didn't have the ingredients, so I decided biscuits. I love the cheese biscuits, but when I opened the fridge I saw I had a pkg of Feta and so I decided to add some white cheddar cheese too. I cut them with my mini biscuit cutter and the results...well we are not going to able to eat just one.

2 1/4 c
bisquick mix
2/3 c
2 Tbsp
cut up butter in tiny pieces
1/4 c
feta cheese crumbled
1/4 c
white cheddar cheese crumbled
1 Tbsp
melted butter to brush when biscuits are done

How to Make Mini Feta & White Cheddar Cheese Biscuits


  • 1Preheat oven to 450F. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • 2Combine biscuit mix, milk, butter and cheeses leaving the 1 tbsp to melt.. Stir until combines. On a lightly dusted board knead a few times. Cut with a mini-biscuit cutter.
  • 3Bake for 10 minutes. When done brush each biscuit with melted butter.
