How to Make Mile High Biscuits
- Sift dry ingredients. Add butter and mix with a pastry blender until crumbly. Add milk and mix until all dry ingredients are moistened.
- Turn onto a floured surface and knead dough 2 minutes. Roll out and cut into biscuits.
- Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of your biscuits. Serve warm from the oven.
