How to Make Mayonnaise Biscuits
- Add flour, mayonnaise and part of the milk together in small mixing bowl; stir well. Continue to add milk until batter is thick but still lumpy - consistency should be that of a thick cake. Spoon into 6 tin muffin pan sprayed with non stick spray until half - three quarters full. Bake @ 400 until browned.
- Savory option: In addition to ingredients of basic biscuits, add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 tsp garlic powder and mix well. Bake as before.
Can also add jalapenos if desired.
