real butter, cold
2 c
all purpose flour
3 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
sea salt
1 c
cold milk

How to Make Mama Baker's Homestyle Biscuits


  • 1Start by placing your dry ingredients & cold butter in your food processor and pulse until coarse pieces.
  • 2Pour out of food processor into a bowl and add milk stir until completely mixed.
  • 3Turn out on to a floured table and knead a little bit.
  • 4This is how mine looks after kneading about a minute or so!
  • 5Roll out dough about 1/2 inch thick.
  • 6Cut them out in pretty little circles :)
  • 7Place in a greased pan (oil, melted butter or shortening bake on 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • 8Remove from oven and rub butter over the top of them and serve!
  • 9They are great with honey!
  • 10Second Batch of Biscuits.
