These are delicious. Great for making pot pie with a biscuit crust, or just for breakfast or dinner biscuits in general!

Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup skim or 2% milk
How To Make low fat whole wheat biscuits

Step 1Combine dry ingredients in a cold bowl. Cut in butter with fingers or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Step 2Add yogurt and milk just until mixed. DO NOT OVERMIX or the biscuits qill be tough.

Step 3Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface to about 3/4" thickness. Cut into biscuits(usually about 2" circles).

Step 4Bake at 400 F for about 15 minutes
