How to Make Low carb bread or rolls

  1. Dissolve yeast with sugar in the water put it right in the mixing bowl leave it sit for about 10 minutes until it's very bubbly.
  2. Starting with 3 cups of baking mix add to yeast mix until you get a stiff dough I ended up using all 31/2 cups. Knead with dough hook for 7minuts on med to low.
  3. Now you could roll into 1 ounce rolls.and put on baking sheet or use a cast iron pan.let them rise for 45 min. Then bake 300 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes till golden brown.
  4. Or you could shape into a free form loaf and let rise and bake for 50 to 55 mins till golden brown.you have to let it rise till it's doubled in size and is soft.
