How to Make Low carb bread or rolls
- Dissolve yeast with sugar in the water put it right in the mixing bowl leave it sit for about 10 minutes until it's very bubbly.
- Starting with 3 cups of baking mix add to yeast mix until you get a stiff dough I ended up using all 31/2 cups. Knead with dough hook for 7minuts on med to low.
- Now you could roll into 1 ounce rolls.and put on baking sheet or use a cast iron pan.let them rise for 45 min. Then bake 300 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes till golden brown.
- Or you could shape into a free form loaf and let rise and bake for 50 to 55 mins till golden brown.you have to let it rise till it's doubled in size and is soft.
