I finally found the bread recipes I was looking for My husband did like the one with all the eggs.this is really good just like homemade bread it make a small loaf but you can still use it for a sandwich or toast it up along side of soup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 31/2 cups carbquik or other low carb baking mix

How To Make low carb bread or rolls

  • Step 1
    Dissolve yeast with sugar in the water put it right in the mixing bowl leave it sit for about 10 minutes until it's very bubbly.
  • Step 2
    Starting with 3 cups of baking mix add to yeast mix until you get a stiff dough I ended up using all 31/2 cups. Knead with dough hook for 7minuts on med to low.
  • Step 3
    Now you could roll into 1 ounce rolls.and put on baking sheet or use a cast iron pan.let them rise for 45 min. Then bake 300 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes till golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Or you could shape into a free form loaf and let rise and bake for 50 to 55 mins till golden brown.you have to let it rise till it's doubled in size and is soft.
