low carb bread or rolls
I finally found the bread recipes I was looking for My husband did like the one with all the eggs.this is really good just like homemade bread it make a small loaf but you can still use it for a sandwich or toast it up along side of soup.

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons active dry yeast
- 31/2 cups carbquik or other low carb baking mix
How To Make low carb bread or rolls

Step 1Dissolve yeast with sugar in the water put it right in the mixing bowl leave it sit for about 10 minutes until it's very bubbly.

Step 2Starting with 3 cups of baking mix add to yeast mix until you get a stiff dough I ended up using all 31/2 cups. Knead with dough hook for 7minuts on med to low.

Step 3Now you could roll into 1 ounce rolls.and put on baking sheet or use a cast iron pan.let them rise for 45 min. Then bake 300 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes till golden brown.

Step 4Or you could shape into a free form loaf and let rise and bake for 50 to 55 mins till golden brown.you have to let it rise till it's doubled in size and is soft.
