This is my answer to the lobster roll. You won't have any soggy bun here. This crispy flaky deep fried biscuit filled with sweet lobster & shrimp salad is to die for. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and walk on the fried side. This is total decadence! Cooking & Frying with Passion, sw:)

1/2 lb
lobster meat, cooked & cut in chunks
1/2 lb
shrimp, cooked & cut in chunks
1 medium
celery stalk & leaves, chopped
1/2 small
red onion, chopped
1 Tbsp
cilantro, chopped
1 medium
zest of lemon
1/3 c
mayonnaise (more or less)
1 tsp
old bay seasoning
1 tsp
crushed red pepper (optional)
grands refrigerated flaky biscuits

How to Make Lobster & Shrimp Fried Biscuit


  • 1combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • 2add mayo to bowl and mix well
  • 3deep fry biscuits at 320 degrees for 6-7 minutes flipping for even browning
  • 4slice the biscuits in half. add lobster and shrimp salad. ENJOY!
