lobster & shrimp fried biscuit
This is my answer to the lobster roll. You won't have any soggy bun here. This crispy flaky deep fried biscuit filled with sweet lobster & shrimp salad is to die for. Ingredients
- 1/2 pound lobster meat, cooked & cut in chunks
- 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked & cut in chunks
- 1 medium celery stalk & leaves, chopped
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
- 1 medium zest of lemon
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise (more or less)
- 1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
- 4 - grands refrigerated flaky biscuits
How To Make lobster & shrimp fried biscuit

Step 1combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl

Step 2add mayo to bowl and mix well

Step 3deep fry biscuits at 320 degrees for 6-7 minutes flipping for even browning

Step 4slice the biscuits in half. add lobster and shrimp salad. ENJOY!
