- 3 1/2 cups low-fat biscuit & baking mix
- 1/4 cup lemonade drink mix
- 1/2 cup currants
- 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest
- 1 2/3 cups fat-free milk
- - lemon glaze
- LEMON GLAZE
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
How To Make lemon drop biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. In a large bowl, combine baking mix,drink mix,currants and lemon zest; add milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.

Step 2Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased baking sheets.

Step 3Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Drizzle biscuits evenly with Lemon Glaze
