Ingredients

  • 6 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt (i found this way too much)
  • 1/2 cup cold, unsalted butter

How To Make homemade bisquick mix

  • Step 1
    Measure the sifted flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Use a wire whisk to blend thoroughly.
  • Step 2
    Cut in cold butter using a pastry cutter until thoroughly incorporated. Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 4 months.
  • Step 3
    From unsophisticatedcook dot com To make biscuits, add 2/3 c. Milk to 2 1/4 c. Mix. Bake at 450 degrees F, 8-10 min.
