Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 3/4 cup buttermilk (you can use regular milk instead)
How To Make homemade biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Blend shortening and Flour. Add milk & form dough into a ball. Place dough on lightly floured board and knead 4 or 5 times. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Cut(Personally I use a medium sized glass for larger biscuits). Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
