1cut the cold butter into tiny cubes. add to the flour,baking powder, salt. use your hands to coat each piece of butter with the flour mixture.using a pastry blender mix the butter into the flour until its crumbly. do not use a food processor. you want bigger pieces of butter. mix the honey and buttermilk to the flour mixture and stir. chill 5 minutes then knead a bit. roll out into a 5x9 rectangle. dust with flour and fold into thirds. repeat twice. cut into 9 squares and bake at 400 for 10 to 12 min this will provide layers in your biscuits.
