My mom taught me how to make this with my leftover spaghetti. It is the best way to take a leftover and turn it into something even better!
Blue Ribbon Recipe
The whole crew loved this simple spaghetti pie. It's a great way to jazz up boring spaghetti leftovers. Putting a little garlic and oregano along the crust adds a punch flavor. The fresh mozzarella on top really made this dish gooey and yummy. What a quick and easy family meal!

How To Make grandma lolo's spaghetti pie
Test Kitchen Tips
If using cold spaghetti, you may need to cook this for an additional 15 minutes (we did). Use a pie crust shield (or aluminum foil) around the crust if you see the crust is done before the biscuits inside the pan are golden brown.
-
1Butter a deep dish glass pie dish. Preheat oven to 350.
-
2Flatten each refrigerator biscuit.
-
3Press into the bottom of the pie dish to form a crust. Pinching the crust up along the top edge to form a lip.
-
4Sprinkle the edge of the crust with garlic salt and oregano or garlic bread seasoning of your choice.
-
5Dump in leftover spaghetti.
-
6Slice mozzarella ball and completely cover the spaghetti with cheese.
-
7Sprinkle with oregano.
-
8Garnish with sliced tomato if you like.
-
9Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes, or until center bottom of crust turns light golden brown. (This is why a glass pie dish is recommended.) Cheese may overflow during baking, so a cookie sheet under the pie is recommended during baking.
