Ingredients For garlic cheese biscuits

2 1/2 cflour

2 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbspsugar

1/2 cbutter
-
1 cgrated cheddar cheese

1 cbuttermilk
-
1egg
- FOR TOPPING:

1/4 cbutter melted

1/2 tspgarlic salt

1/2 tspparsley flakes
How To Make garlic cheese biscuits

1in a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.

2grate cold butter and combine evenly with flour mixture.

3stir in grated cheese.

4combine buttermilk and egg, stir into flour mixture.

5work with hands to form soft dough.

6drop by spoonfuls (rounded tablespoons) on a large parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

7bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.

8combine topping ingredients, and brush over hot biscuits.
