Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 - egg
- FOR TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
How To Make garlic cheese biscuits

Step 1in a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.

Step 2grate cold butter and combine evenly with flour mixture.

Step 3stir in grated cheese.

Step 4combine buttermilk and egg, stir into flour mixture.

Step 5work with hands to form soft dough.

Step 6drop by spoonfuls (rounded tablespoons) on a large parchment paper lined cookie sheet.

Step 7bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes.

Step 8combine topping ingredients, and brush over hot biscuits.
