My whole family loves these biscuits ...and I love them because they are super easy to make !

  • 2 c
    buttermilk baking mix
  • 2/3 c
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c
    butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Garlic/Cheese biscuits


  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Combine baking mix, milk and cheese with a wooden spoon until soft dough forms. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
  3. Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 - 10 minutes until golden .
  4. Combine melted butter or margarine and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm
