1Sit stick of butter out so that it gets room temperature. Pour 4 cups of flour into a bowl. Take the stick of butter and cut off pieces to mix in with a fork.
2Add as much or as little garlic salt that your heart desires. Add in a half cup of milk. Mix well (add in a little more if it is too stiff). Add in shredded mild cheese. Mix well.
3Place spoonfuls on baking sheet and sprinkle with a bit more garlic salt on top. Place in the oven for eight minutes. Remove them and brush a little more butter on the tops of the biscuits. Place back in the oven for two minutes. Take them out and ENJOY!
