Ingredients

1 can(s)grands biscuits or 8 large frozen biscuits

2- 3 Tbspbutter, melted

3 Tbspsugar plus 1 teaspoon cinnamon

16 ozsliced fresh strawberries

1/4 - 1/3 csugar

Strawberryspreadables or jam
-
WHIPPED CREAM
-
1 cheavy cream
-
2 1/2 Tbspconfectioners' sugar

1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make ~ Fast Fix Strawberry Shortcake ~
- Whip cream, sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate until ready to use.
When ready to serve, cut top of biscuit a little less than half of biscuit. You want a thicker base and thinner top.
Spread base of biscuit with strawberry jam, strawberries, whipped cream and a few more strawberries and some juice. Top with cinnamon sugar portion of biscuit.
