How to Make Erica's Cheddar Bacon Biscuits
- Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and put tin foil over a baking sheet. I also spray the foil a bit just to make sure nothing sticks.
- In a large bowl, cut the shortening into the flour until coarse lumps form.
- Add the milk and mix well.
- Add sliced bacon and the shredded cheese.
- Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet by tabel spoons and place into the oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
