- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup melted butter
- 2 cups self rising flour

Step 1Mix butter and sour cream. Gradually add flour and mix. Spoon equal amounts into greased 8 hole muffin tin and bake 450 for approximately 15 minutes.

Step 2For 4 servings: Half the recipe by using 1 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup self rising flour.
