- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs, at room temp.
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
How To Make easy pop-over biscuits

Step 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, w/ mixer on medium, mix flour, salt, egg, milk and butter. Add parmesan cheese and thyme.

Step 2Blend for 30 seconds more. Pour batter into muffin cups, 1/2-way full. Bake for about 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Step 3Pierce each pop-over w/ a sharp knife. Serve hot.
