Ingredients

1 c
flour
1 tsp
salt
2
eggs, at room temp.
1 c
milk
1 Tbsp
melted butter
1 Tbsp
grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp
dried thyme

How to Make Easy pop-over biscuits

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat oven to 400. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, w/ mixer on medium, mix flour, salt, egg, milk and butter. Add parmesan cheese and thyme.
  • 2Blend for 30 seconds more. Pour batter into muffin cups, 1/2-way full. Bake for about 30 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 3Pierce each pop-over w/ a sharp knife. Serve hot.
