Easy Cinnamon Rolls ( Kat's)

I wanted cinnamon rolls for breakfast one morning and just didn't feel like having to stand in the kitchen to bake for a long period of time and didn't feel like going out to get them. So as I was looking in the fridge to find something else to make I noticed I had a can of refrigerated biscuits, and thought well I will just use these, and they turned out really well and was a lot quicker.

  • 1 can(s)
    refrigerated biscuits
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, softened
  • 4 Tbsp
    sugar cinnamon mixture

  • 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Easy Cinnamon Rolls ( Kat's)


  1. Preheat oven to 375. Place biscuits in pan and spread softened butter on top, sprinkle cinnamon/sugar on top and bake 10 minutes or until biscuits are done.( Can add chopped pecans if you want them)
  2. In a small bowl mix confectioner's sugar, condensed milk and vanilla, if to thick add a small amount of water or milk to thin some.
  3. Remove biscuits from oven and drizzle glaze on top
