Ingredients

- 4 cups pioneer buttermilk biscuit mix
- 1 cup cold sprite
- 1 cup lite sour cream
- 1/4 cup butter

How To Make easy buttery surprise biscuits

Step 1

Melt butter in a bowl. Mix all ingredients together and form ball. Mixture will be sticky. Do not overwork; this is a drop biscuit. Coat the biscuit on all sides with the melted butter and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm.
