How to Make Easy Buttermilk Biscuit Recipe
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
- Oil an iron skillet.
- In a bowl mix the flour and buttermilk until smooth. Dust the mixture with flour. Spoon out a biscuit size amt. of dough with cupped hands or with a large spoon. Place in pan. Continue until all dough is transfer to pan. Spoon small amt. of oil across the top of the dough.
- Bake until edges are brown. approx. 15-20 min. Then turn oven to broil until bread is golden brown. Serve hot.
