1/4 c
unsalted butter
1 1/4 c
all purpose flour
2 tsp
sugar
2 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
salt
2/3 c
milk

How to Make Easy Butter Dips

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in a 9x9 glass pan right in the oven while it is preheating.
  • 2Mix all other ingredients together until dough forms. Coat hands and dough with dusting of flour, and knead a few times.
  • 3Roll or press out into roughly a 8" square. Cut the square in half, then cut each half into strips.
  • 4Lay each strip in the melted butter. Turn each to completely cover with butter. Arrange all the strips in the pan. They should be touching, so that's fine. Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot!
