How to Make Easy Biscuits
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Cut in shortening or butter until mix resembles course meal. Gradually stir in milk until dough pulls away from bowl.
- Turn out on floured surface and kneed 15-20 times. Roll and cut biscuits.
Alternatively, you can just grab spoonfuls of the mix and drop them on a baking sheet, if you don't like to roll. It works the same!
- Bake 425 for 13-15 minutes.
