If a recipe calls for Self Raising Flour and you dont have any do this; For 1 Cup of Self Raising Flour, mix 1 cup of regular Flour and 2 tsp Baking Powder. Or 1 Cup Flour add 1 tsp Cream of Tartar and 1/2 tsp Baking Soda.

  1. Spray or lightly grease muffin tin.
  2. Mix Mayo, Milk and Sugar till blended.
  3. Add Flour stir till sticky.
  4. Put enough mix into muffin tin to fill 2/3.
  5. Bake for 10-12 min.
