How To Make country apple biscuits
-
Step 1Generously grease bottom and sides of a 9 inch round cake pan with butter. Spread 1 cup chopped, peeled apples in bottom. Seperate 1 can flaky biscuits into 10 biscuits, cutting each into 4 pieces. Arrange over apples, pointed sides up. Top with another 1/2 cup apples. In a small bowl, combine margarine, brown sugar, cinnamon, light corn syrup, and egg. Beat until sugar dissolves. Stir in 1/2 cup pecan pieces. Spoon over biscuits and apples. Bake in a 350* oven for 35-45 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before topping with glaze.
