unbleached white flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
curry powder
3 Tbsp
soy margarine
1 c
coconut milk
1 tsp
maple syrup
2 Tbsp

How to Make Coconut Curry Biscuits


  • 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2Combine flour, baking powder, salt and curry powder
  • 3Cut in margarine. Stir in wet ingredients until dough is formed.
  • 4Turn onto work surface and knead for about 30 seconds.

    Pat or roll out to 3/4-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter to make ten biscuits.
  • 5Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in a preheated oven.
