- 2 1/2 cups unbleached white flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 3 tablespoons soy margarine
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make coconut curry biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2Combine flour, baking powder, salt and curry powder

Step 3Cut in margarine. Stir in wet ingredients until dough is formed.

Step 4Turn onto work surface and knead for about 30 seconds. Pat or roll out to 3/4-inch thickness and cut with a biscuit cutter to make ten biscuits.

Step 5Bake for 12 to 14 minutes in a preheated oven.
