How to Make Chocolate chip scones
- Preheat oven to 400
- Using two knives or a pastry cutter, cut the stick of butter into the cake mix. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and milk. Combine the two and add in the flour (more if needed) until the mixture is a little dry and able to be formed.
- Either make a large round and score into wedges or form mini scones on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 40(ish) minutes. Use a fork to check for doneness.
