These biscuit's are so light and yummy. They can be served with seafood, chicken, or just a nice salad on a summer day. It is always a family request.

Ingredients

2 c
flour
1 Tbsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 c
sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 clove
garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp
parsley, fresh, chopped fine
1 tsp
dill, fresh, chopped fine
2 c
heavy cream
3 Tbsp
sugar

MELTED BUTTER WITH GARLIC POWDER DRIZZLED ON TOP OF BAKED BISCUITS IS AN ADDED DELIGHT (OPTIONAL OF COURSE)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
combine the flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
2With a mixer on low (or stir by hand), slowly add the cream and mix just until combined.
3Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
4Bake about 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
