These biscuit's are so light and yummy. They can be served with seafood, chicken, or just a nice salad on a summer day. It is always a family request.

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp
    parsley, fresh, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp
    dill, fresh, chopped fine
  • 2 c
    heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    sugar
  • MELTED BUTTER WITH GARLIC POWDER DRIZZLED ON TOP OF BAKED BISCUITS IS AN ADDED DELIGHT (OPTIONAL OF COURSE)

How to Make Cheesy Herb Biscuits

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.
    combine the flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. With a mixer on low (or stir by hand), slowly add the cream and mix just until combined.
  3. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
