These biscuit's are so light and yummy. They can be served with seafood, chicken, or just a nice salad on a summer day. It is always a family request.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, fresh, chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon dill, fresh, chopped fine
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • MELTED BUTTER WITH GARLIC POWDER DRIZZLED ON TOP OF BAKED BISCUITS IS AN ADDED DELIGHT (OPTIONAL OF COURSE)

How To Make cheesy herb biscuits

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. combine the flour, baking powder, salt, herbs, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  • Step 2
    With a mixer on low (or stir by hand), slowly add the cream and mix just until combined.
  • Step 3
    Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • Step 4
    Bake about 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
