cheesy garlic loaf
We all love those little yummy biscuits we get at Red Lobster, right?! So when I seen a recipe that was suppose to be similar but it was a loaf, I had to try it... I took the recipe and added a couple changes and WOW this bread is amazing!!! I hope you are able to give it a chance!!! Enjoy! :o)

Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 6 ounces cheese, cheddar or the like, cut into 1/4" cubes
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon granulater garlic or powder
- BASTING
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic or powder
How To Make cheesy garlic loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Grease or spray a 9x5 loaf pan, set aside. Whisk together flour, baking powder, garlic, salt, cayenne and black pepper in a large bowl. Add cheese and toss to coat each piece. Set aside. In a medium bowl whisk together milk, sour cream, butter and egg.

Step 2Gently stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients...mixing gently until just mixed. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake 45-55 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out with just a few crumbs. Remove from oven, stir together melted basting butter and garlic, brush over top of loaf, cool in pan 5 minutes then remove to cooling rack...allow to cool at least 20 minute before serving. Enjoy! :o)
