2Combine Bisquick with cold butter. (I use a pastry blender) Add cheese, milk and garlic powder. Do not overmix.
3Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Depending on the type of baking sheet you use, you can lightly spray cookie sheet to ensure they don't stick. Bake 15-17 minutes or until tops turn light brown. Remove from oven.
4Melt 2T butter in microwave. Stir in garlic powder, parsley flakes and salt and brush on top of biscuits.
