Every time I make theses my family goes crazy over them. They are always asking for more. This is just a simple receipe that I have come up with. I love making biscuits and so does my family.

Ingredients For cheesey biscuits

  • 2 c
    self rising flour
  • 1 stick
    butter, cold
  • 1 3/4 c
    butter milk
  • 1 c
    sharp shredded cheader cheese

How To Make cheesey biscuits

    sift the flour into a large bowl. cut the cold butter into cubes and using your fingers, work in the flour to make a crumb texture.

    using a wooden spoon pour in buttermilk and stir until it is a sticky texture. you may have to add a little more buttermilk. then you add your cheese and mix.

    preheat your oven to 425 spray a cooking sheet with butter flavor spray, using an icecream scoop, scoop biscuit dough onto pans and bake for 20 min. when they are down brush melted butter on top and enjoy.
