My friend Jenn Smith taught me how to make this recipe and it was love at first bite!!!

Ingredients

  • - prepared biscut mix ( i follow the one on biscuick)
  • - tomato slices (i like em thick)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package shredded cheddar

How To Make cheese tomato pie

  • Step 1
    Spray pie plate with oil then form bicuit mix into a "crust"
  • Step 2
    arrange tomato slices on top of crust
  • Step 3
    mix mayo and cheese (i always add a sprinkle of garlic powder) slather on top of tomatoes
  • Step 4
    bake 350 for about an hour, till golden and bubbly, let sit for about half hour. BE VERY VERY CAREFUL!!! THE TOMATOES ARE VERY HOT!!! YOU WILL BURN YOUR MOUTH!!!
