Ingredients

  • 1 pound mild bulk pork sausage
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups biscuit mix

  • Step 1
    Crumble sausage into a large skillet; add onion and cook over medium heat until sausage is browned. Drain well on paper towels.
  • Step 2
    Combine all ingredients, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened.
  • Step 3
    Drop batter by heaping tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on lightly greased baking sheets.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
