Ingredients

butter, melted

1/3 c
coconut flour, sifted
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
onion powder
1/4 tsp
baking powder
3/4 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Cheese Biscuits (Gluten free)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Blend together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder and onion powder.
  • 2Combine coconut flour with baking powder and whisk into batter until there are no lumps.
  • 3Fold in cheese.
  • 4Drop batter by the spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
  • 5Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
