Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 4 - eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
How To Make cheese biscuits (gluten-free)

Step 1Blend together eggs, butter, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 2Combine coconut flour with baking powder.

Step 3Whisk into batter until there are no lumps.

Step 4Fold in cheese.

Step 5Drop batter by the spoonful onto a greased cookie sheet.
