4 biscuits are just right sometime because you want to eat them fresh. Although I did eat one that was left over the next day with a little cheese and it was still tender and crumbly like I like them!

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 ounces ap flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and hot

Step 1preheat oven to 450degrees. adjust oven rack to middle position

Step 2whisk everything together except buttermilk and butter

Step 3mix cold buttermilk into hot butter and stir. Blend everything together just until mixed.

Step 4scoop 4 biscuits onto lined sheet pan about 1 1/2 inches apart.
