How to Make Brooklyn biscuits


  1. Mix self rising flour and sour cream along with the basil
  2. Combine ingredients and roll out on flour board.
  3. Cut dough into equal size of squares
  4. Bake for 8 minutes at 300 degrees F.
  5. Remove from oven and cool.
  6. Note: Biscuits should be white and partially cooked.
  7. When ready to serve, deep fry for about 45 seconds until they are GBD. golden brown and delicious
