Ingredients
- 1/2 pound self-rising flour
- 1/2 pound sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil ( or herbs and spices of choice)
- 2 cups canola oil
How To Make brooklyn biscuits

Step 1Mix self rising flour and sour cream along with the basil

Step 2Combine ingredients and roll out on flour board.

Step 3Cut dough into equal size of squares

Step 4Bake for 8 minutes at 300 degrees F.

Step 5Remove from oven and cool.

Step 6Note: Biscuits should be white and partially cooked.

Step 7When ready to serve, deep fry for about 45 seconds until they are GBD. golden brown and delicious
