4 large
eggs
1 lb
sausage (spicy)
1/4 tsp
garlic
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
2 c
mozzarella cheese
1 can(s)
pizza dough

How to Make Breakfast Sausage Bread

Step-by-Step

  • 1Brown and drain 1 lb. Sausage
    Mix in the garlic and Italian seasoning
    Set aside to cool.
  • 2Separate 1 egg (egg yoke and egg white)

    Mix the other egg and egg yoke together and add it to the sausage mix.
  • 3Roll out pizza dough.

    Add cheese to sausage mix and pour in the center of the pizza dough.

    Bring the sides up and pinch together creating a loaf.

  • 4Beat egg white and use pastry brush to brush the top and sides of the loaf.
  • 5Bake according to the pizza dough instructions or until bread is golden brown.
  • 6NOTE: make several a head of time and freeze them. When ready to eat thaw, place on a cookie sheet and reheat at 350 degreese for 25 min.
