Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 pound sausage (spicy)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 can pizza dough
How To Make breakfast sausage bread

Step 1Brown and drain 1 lb. Sausage Mix in the garlic and Italian seasoning Set aside to cool.

Step 2Separate 1 egg (egg yoke and egg white) Mix the other egg and egg yoke together and add it to the sausage mix.

Step 3Roll out pizza dough. Add cheese to sausage mix and pour in the center of the pizza dough. Bring the sides up and pinch together creating a loaf. Bring the sides up and pinch together creating a loaf.

Step 4Beat egg white and use pastry brush to brush the top and sides of the loaf.

Step 5Bake according to the pizza dough instructions or until bread is golden brown.

Step 6NOTE: make several a head of time and freeze them. When ready to eat thaw, place on a cookie sheet and reheat at 350 degreese for 25 min.
