I received this recipe from my daughter. This is a favorite of her family. She made them for her women's group and they loved them. It's really good when you just want a small portion of bread.

Ingredients

  • 1 can flakey biscuits
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • - garlic powder and onion powder to your taste

How To Make biscuit bites

  • Step 1
Melt butter in one bowl. Mix cheese, onion, parsley, onion & garlic powder in another bowl. If you are using regular size biscuits, cut into desired size, I cut them in 1/2. If they are grands or bigger biscuits, you may want to cut into 1/4's. Prepare a baking sheet by placing parchment paper on it. After cutting biscuit into desired sized, dip into butter, then into cheese mixture. Place on parchment paper. Continue until all biscuits are coated. Let set 25 minutes on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook until done & lightly browned, depending on your oven.
