big dave's cinnamon biscuits
Eat these in a hurry! They are so light that they will fly right off of the plate! Serve them warm with honey or your favorite preserves. For a great summer desert, try these as shortcakes with strawberries and more of the fresh whipped cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups white lily or martha white self-rising flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter, frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
How To Make big dave's cinnamon biscuits

Step 1Combine the first three ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2Grate the frozen butter (on the small holes of a box grater or on a Microplane grater) into the flour mixture. Lightly mix with a fork.

Step 3Beat the heavy cream with a mixer until soft peaks form. Then fold the whipped cream into the flour mixture.

Step 4Turn out the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Pat with hands or roll to 1/2" thickness. DO NOT WORK THE DOUGH.

Step 5Cut out the biscuits and bake on 450 degrees for about 10 - 12 minutes until golden brown.
