Ingredients For "big bill's" white cheddar & jalapeno biscuits

  • 4 c
    bisquick
  • 5 oz
    extra sharp white cheddar (grated)
  • 1 1/3 c
    warm water
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 4 Tbsp
    diced jalapeno pepper (jar)
  • "GARLIC BUTTER TOPPING"
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 2 tsp
    parsley flakes

How To Make "big bill's" white cheddar & jalapeno biscuits

    Heat oven to 375* and grease a large baking pan. Gather all ingredients, for easy prep.

    In a large bowl combine Bisquick,garlic powder, white cheddar, Jalapenos and the warm water, stir gently until well blended.

    roll your dough out on a well floured hard surface, make nice uniform cuts with the rim of a water glass, roll dough and repeat until all is used.

    place evenly cut biscuits on greased baking sheet equal distance apart. Place into the 375* oven for 20 minutes. While the biscuits are baking combine your "Garlic Butter toppings" in a small sauce pan melt and stir well.

    when biscuits are removed from the oven, brush the tops evenly with the Butter topping and watch it soak into the tops of these Cheesy bites of deliciousness !!!
