These delicious treats will remind you of Sloppy Joe's. They are great to serve at any party. I made them tonight, because my son has been begging me! Anything that resembles a Sloppy Joe he is up for... Enjoy! My photos

  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar, packed

  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 sm
    red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 7 1/2 oz
    tube refrigerated biscuits ( 10 count )

How To Make bbq muffin cups

  • 1
Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Lightly grease a muffin pan.
  • 2
Combine the beef, sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and garlic powder. Stir in red pepper and onions.
  • 3
Press biscuits into bottom and up sides of greased muffin cups.
  • 4
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into each cup.
  • 5
    Sprinkle with cheese.
  • 6
Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and topping is bubbly. Enjoy!...These are so yummy! Note: If you like your peppers and onion really soft...brown them in with the burger. I like them as is, as you can taste them much better putting them in raw, and I think they are cooked just right.
