These delicious treats will remind you of Sloppy Joe's. They are great to serve at any party. I made them tonight, because my son has been begging me!

  • 1 small
    red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 7 1/2 oz
    tube refrigerated biscuits ( 10 count )

How to Make BBQ Muffin Cups

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.

    Lightly grease a muffin pan.
  2. Combine the beef, sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and garlic powder. Stir in red pepper and onions.
  3. Press biscuits into bottom and up sides of greased muffin cups.
  4. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into each cup.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and topping is bubbly.

    Enjoy!...These are so yummy!

Note: If you like your peppers and onion really soft...brown them in with the burger. I like them as is, as you can taste them much better putting them in raw, and I think they are cooked just right.
