These delicious treats will remind you of Sloppy Joe's. They are great to serve at any party. I made them tonight, because my son has been begging me to...lol! Anything that resembles a Sloppy Joe he is up for... Enjoy! My photos

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ground beef, browned and drained
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 small red pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 7 1/2 ounces tube refrigerated biscuits ( 10 count )

How To Make bbq muffin cups

  • Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Lightly grease a muffin pan.
  • Step 2
Combine the beef, sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, salt and garlic powder. Stir in red pepper and onions.
  • Step 3
Press biscuits into bottom and up sides of greased muffin cups.
  • Step 4
Spoon about 2 tablespoons of meat mixture into each cup.
  • Step 5
    Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Step 6
Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden and topping is bubbly. Enjoy!...These are so yummy! Note: If you like your peppers and onion really soft...brown them in with the burger. I like them as is, as you can taste them much better putting them in raw, and I think they are cooked just right.
