banana biscuits
Ed gave me this recipe from a friend of his and his wife.He said these biscuits were so good he ate two right from the oven without butter.He said later,they were delicious with butter and honey. Ed says his friend hates to waste anything so she started adding ripe bananas to her baked goods.

Ingredients
- - 2 c all purpose flour
- - 1 tablespoon sugar
- - 2 teaspoons baking powder
- - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- - 3/4 teaspoon salt
- - 1/4 c cold butter,cut into small pieces
- - 1/2 c mashed banana
- - 3/4 c cold milk
How To Make banana biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.Combine dry ingredients,mix well.cut in butter till the dough is of a coarse meal texture.Make a well in the center,add milk and banana,stir quickly until flour is moistened.Drop mixture by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet,bake 15-20 mins.
