I love apricots and am always looking for recipes that contain this delicious fruit.

This is a breakfast recipe my sister shared with me. It is delicious.

  • 3/4 c
    pecans, chopped
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1 tsp
    maple or vanilla extract
  • 2 can(s)
    (12 oz ea) buttermilk flaky biscuits

How to Make Apricot Pecan Pull Apart Biscuits


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except biscuits; mix well.
  3. Separate dough into 10 biscuits each; cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in bowl with pecan mixture; toss gently to coat.
  4. Spoon into bundt pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately invert onto a serving plate.
