I love apricots and am always looking for recipes that contain this delicious fruit. This is a breakfast recipe my sister shared with me. It is delicious.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon maple or vanilla extract
- 2 cans (12 oz ea) buttermilk flaky biscuits
How To Make apricot pecan pull apart biscuits

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 12-cup Bundt pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except biscuits; mix well.

Step 3Separate dough into 10 biscuits each; cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place biscuit pieces in bowl with pecan mixture; toss gently to coat.

Step 4Spoon into bundt pan and bake for 30-40 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately invert onto a serving plate.
