How to Make Anne's Buttermilk Biscuits


  1. preheat oven to 475
  2. mix dry ingredients
  3. blend in shortening until the size of small peas.
  4. add buttermilk to dry ingredients to form a soft dough.
  5. roll dough onto floured surface and cut into biscuits with biscuit cutter or glass.
  6. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in a hot oven (475) for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
