Ingredients
- 5 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon warm water
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
How To Make angel biscuits

Step 1dissolve yeast in warm water. preheat oven to 400*

Step 2in a large bowl, combine buttermilk and oil.

Step 3add;yeast mixture and mix together with all dry ingredients.

Step 4put on a lightly floured board and roll out to 3/4 inch thick.

Step 5cut with biscuit cutter.

Step 6dip in melted butter and place in baking pan.

Step 7bake at 400* for 15 minutes or til brown.

Step 8dough will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.

Step 9biscuits do not have to rise before baking.

Step 10makes 3-4 dozen.
