How to Make Angel Biscuits
- 1dissolve yeast in warm water.
preheat oven to 400*
- 2in a large bowl, combine buttermilk and oil.
- 3add;yeast mixture and mix together with all dry ingredients.
- 4put on a lightly floured board and roll out to 3/4 inch thick.
- 5cut with biscuit cutter.
- 6dip in melted butter and place in baking pan.
- 7bake at 400* for 15 minutes or til brown.
- 8dough will keep in refrigerator for 1 week.
- 9biscuits do not have to rise before baking.
- 10makes 3-4 dozen.
