This biscuit dough only has 3 ingredients... it is very easy to make... and is very good! So good in fact...Abracadabra! They are gone!!! We had a Harry Potter Party, and this was one of the items we served... The kids loved them! We make the biscuits in various sizes including mini ones... just a bite or two. We made mini ones for the Harry Potter Party.

Ingredients

DOUGH
2 cups biscuit mix
1/4 cup 7-up
1/4 cup buttermilk
TOPPING
2 - 3 tablespoons butter, melted

How To Make abracadabra biscuits!

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Step 2

Mix together dough ingredients. Knead about 20 times until elastic and smooth. Roll out dough about 1-inch thick on a floured surface. Cut biscuits with a cutter or a glass. Place in 9-inch baking pan.
Step 3

Brush the tops of the biscuits with the melted butter. Put in oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
