Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 7-up
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

How To Make 7-up biscuits

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450 In medium mixing bowl add biscuit mix, sour cream and 7-up mix until moistened (dough will be very soft)
  • Step 2
    sprinkle counter top with a little biscuit mix. turn out dough on to counter and sprinkle with buscuit mix pat out (do not roll) about 1 inch thick i use a pizza cutter to cut dough place on greased baking pan brush tops with melted butter
  • Step 3
    bake 8-10 min. or until golden brown
